explai.com is an AI-first startup on a mission to simplify data analytics for non-experts by building agents that automate data tools and train data skills. Freshly backed by a successful round of funding, we’re building a high calibre team that shares our passion for making data analytics accessible to everyone, regardless of their technical background. We started building in autumn 2023 and go to market in winter 2024.
Job Description
As a Full-stack AI Engineer, you design and develop end-to-end user and agent experiences. For our users, this includes a notebook-type experience with rich, interactive elements to transform and explore data, train and infer data science models, micro tutoring users in data analysis, and a compelling data visualization and storytelling experience. For our agents (LLMs cooperating in our agentic platform), you design prompts, reasoning chains, and multi-agent graph flows.
As one of our first hires, you’ll have a pivotal role, working closely with our founding team to design, develop, and deploy a scalable, user-friendly multi-agent architecture that orchestrates state-of-the-art machine learning tools. Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of full-time experience in customer facing software development
- Python and JavaScript (or TypeScript) proficiency
- Strong CI/CD practices for production-ready, high-quality code
- SaaS experience on cloud platform (eg. GCP, AWS, Azure)
- Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL)
- Smart, hard working, proactive, team player, customer/product mindset
- Stayed in recent jobs for 2+ years and can provide reference contact
Optional Qualification
- Start-up experience including successful SaaS go-to-market
- Worked hands-on with LLMs and multi-agent framework, such as LangChain.
- Architect-level skills in frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, Angular, Svelte, Vue.js)
- Data analytics, data science, data engineering or ML domain knowledge
